HOW IT WORKS FOR NEW CUSTOMER

STEP -1: On visiting www.furniturelly.com, you will find the sign-in - join free option on the top bar. 

STEP -2: Enter your mobile number, and you will get the respective OTP on your registered phone number. 

STEP -3: After entering OTP "CREATE AN ACCOUNT” page will pop up on your desktop 

Fill in your details on the page and create an account. 

STEP -4: Furniturelly will send your login details to your respective email id. 

Enter into your customer account with your login details to access all the available features. 


HOW SOMEONE CAN PLACE AN ORDER

STEP -1: Browse all the products as per your requirement or matter of interest posted by different sellers.

STEP -2: Add the required designs to your cart and write the additional question in the message box. Once done, press the "SUBMIT AN INQUIRY" button.

STEP -3: The respective sellers will send the quotation to you. 

If you are satisfied with it, you can "ACCEPT". 

If you feel about negotiating, you can "REJECT". 

And if you don't want to place an order, you can "DELETE" the quotation. 

STEP -4: If YOU as a customer agree with the seller quotation, you need to transfer the payment (partial or complete) and share the transfer copy with the seller via our website to avoid future order issues.

STEP -5: Once the seller receives the payment in his account, He marks the order as the payment received (partial or complete) and starts the order processing. 

STEP -6: The seller will update the shipping information in the system whenever the order is shipped. The same will be conveyed to you via email confirmation, and you can also check it in your customer dashboard.

STEP -7: Once the order is completed, you can pass a review to the seller, and that review will be seen publicly on this profile for future customers.
